Each of our four houses is separate from one another and equipped with high-quality mattresses, pillows, linen, Smeg appliances, Bluetooth speakers, and indoor fireplaces. We also provide essential grocery items, including ground coffee. Guests can use our well-stocked wood shed to keep the fires burning.

The Mainstay Farm is situated next to the Myall Lakes National Park, providing an excellent opportunity to experience nature. Our farm is home to unique wildlife and birds, and our friendly kangaroos will greet you during your visit. If you enjoy stargazing, you'll be pleased to know that Bungwahl has no light pollution, which allows for an unbeatable view of the Milky Way. The Mainstay Farm is a peaceful place to enjoy quiet time away from the busy city. However, we are still close enough to offer plenty of activities if you like adventure. You can enjoy snorkelling, kayaking, free diving, spearfishing, angling, SUP boarding, mountain biking, and horse riding. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, you can visit our communal shack and choose a book from our small library or play traditional backyard cricket.

And if you fancy a game of tennis, you will love our beach courts. You can always make the most of the amazing calmness out here and spend a lazy day at The Mainstay Farm or at the nearby beaches, two of which are accessible to 4wd, Sandbar and Treachery.

Additionally, there is a General Store and a famous Chaos Takeaway located 600 metres away in case you need anything. These are the only stores available in the area of Bungwahl.
